before and after lamp

This lonely, rusty lamp was sitting high on a shelf at Village Discount in Roscoe Village and I knew I had to take it home with me. It was only $5 and I wasn't even sure the wiring was still working. I took a chance and brought it home to fix it up. I have to admit that it is now one of my favorite pieces in my apartment.
